It depends on the service you choose at checkout. Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) usually takes 2-5 business days, Expedited (USPS Priority Mail) 1-3 business days, and Guaranteed 2-Day (UPS 2nd Day Air) arrives within 2 business days. Transit time starts when your order ships, and we ship Monday to Wednesday.

We ship to all 50 US states from our kitchen in New York. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes may be limited to USPS services. We do not ship internationally yet.

We ship Monday to Wednesday so your alfajores never sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday ship the following Monday. From June through September we only offer 2-day or faster shipping, and chocolate-coated alfajores travel with a cold pack for a small fee shown at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the size of your order, and the service you choose. You will see every option and its price before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you the carrier and a tracking number with a link to follow your package. We'll also let you know when it's delivered.

We're so sorry if that happens. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the box and the alfajores, and we'll send a replacement or give you a credit. If tracking shows your package is lost, contact us and we'll make it right.

Alfajores are traditional Peruvian cookies made with two delicate shortbread-like cookies filled with dulce de leche (manjar blanco) and often coated with powdered sugar or chocolate.

Store alfajores in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Let them come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor.

Currently, our traditional alfajores contain gluten and dairy. However, we are exploring alternative options. Please contact us to discuss your dietary needs.

We offer three sizes: Small boxes (perfect for trying), Medium boxes (great for everyday enjoyment), and Large boxes (ideal for sharing or special occasions).
