Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Alfajores NY website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Orders

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

• Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are completely accurate or error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are issues with payment or product availability.

Payment

We accept payment through Stripe, which supports major credit cards and other payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount.

Shipping

We ship orders within the United States through third-party carriers (USPS and UPS), using EasyPost to purchase shipping labels. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Transit times are carrier estimates; only services the carrier sells as guaranteed (such as UPS 2nd Day Air) carry a delivery guarantee, and that guarantee is provided by the carrier. • Shipping Area: We ship to all 50 US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes may be limited to USPS services.
• Ship Days: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday so packages do not sit in transit over the weekend. From June through September, only 2-day or faster services are offered, and a cold-pack fee may apply to chocolate-coated items.
• Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Perishable Products: Our alfajores are perishable food items. Please bring your package inside promptly after delivery. Because we cannot control carrier delays or weather once a package has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier or by weather.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the package and its contents, at contact@alfajoresny.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a credit at our discretion.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Alfajores NY and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:
